The Training Center "Perspective" is ​​a vocational school founded by the Transcarpathian Advocacy and Development Center "Advance" in 2005 to provide educational services to unemployed citizens of Berehove and the Berehove district. The institution provides the courses "Typing operator" and "Social worker" which are accredited by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. Trainings at "Perspective" are conducted in the Hungarian and Ukrainian languages. After the course, each student receives a certificate of completion.

After the completion of the program, most of the participants were employed in supermarkets (supermarket "Barva,” “Vopak"), factories (by Berehove Radio, LLC "Flekstronik," Company "Ital Text," LLC "Sonata"), state-owned enterprises (Berehove bus station and others), or working in local government, and some even started their own businesses. Most social workers who work in the Berehove community centers also gained knowledge in the Training Center "Perspective".
